The efficient drilling and milling device comprises a work table, a partition board and multiple groups of clamps, wherein the clamps are arranged on the work table, the adjacent clamps are separated through the partition board, the clamps comprise clamp plates and clamp cylinders, the clamp plates are mounted on the work table, fixing blocks are arranged at one ends of the clamp plates, the clamp cylinders are arranged at the other ends of the clamp plates, clamp sliders are arranged on piston rods of the clamp cylinders, guide grooves are formed in the clamp plates between the fixing blocks and the clamp cylinders, and the bottoms of the clamp sliders are movably assembled in the guide grooves; and a lifting slide carriage is arranged above the fixing blocks, is movably assembled on a processing base, and is, driven by a lifting motor, lifted and lowered, a drilling and milling mechanism is arranged on the lifting slide carriage, and a limit plate matched with the lifting slide carriage is arranged at the top of the processing base.
