The invention discloses bedding with a urine guide function. The bedding comprises a mattress with urine guide and odor removal functions and a bedstead with a urine collecting device. The mattress comprises core layers and covering layers, the core layers are made of three-dimensional warp-knitted spacer fabrics formed by the aid of double-bed Raschel warp knitting machines, and polyester monofilaments with the diameters ranging from 0.15 mm to 0.25 mm are woven in a crossed manner to obtain the three-dimensional warp-knitted spacer fabrics. Activated carbon sandwich layers are added into warp-knitted spacer layers, can be cleaned by the aid of clear water and can be reused after being dried in the sun. The covering layers are made of thin spacer fabrics, and surface layers, which are in contact with people, of the covering layers are made of 167-333 dtex polyester multifilaments by means of weaving, so that the flatness and the softness of contact surfaces can be guaranteed. The urine collecting device of the special bedstead is arranged at the bottom of a bed, and urine which is permeated through the mattress can seep into the device and then can be drained via a urine guide tube. The bedding has the advantages that the bedding can be applied to the field of medical treatment, so that troublesome problems of urinary incontinence patients can be solved, or problems in the aspect of urine of infants can be solved.
