Summary: | The invention provides a liquid state composite microecological preparation for pigling and a preparation method thereof. Per milliliter of the liquid state composite microecological preparation contains lactic acid bacteria, whose live bacteria number is equal to or more than 2x107CFU, 30-60mg of Chitosan oligosaccharide, 0-60mg of vitamin C, 0-45mg of sodium butyrate and 0-60mg of L-glutamine. The preparation method comprises the followings steps: a MRS medium is used for cultivating lactic acid bacteria till the content of the target live bacteria is higher than or equal to 2x109CFU/ml, vitamin C, sodium butyrate, L-glutamine and Chitosan oligosaccharide are dissolved in a the microecological preparation liquid of the medium according to formula amount, a uniform mixing is carried out, and the composite microecological preparation liquid is obtained. According to characteristics of pigling intestinal flora growth and sucking pig breeding management, Chitosan oligosaccharide is used for enhancing stability of the microecological preparation, especially the stability of lactic acid bacteria, and a high efficiency liquid state composite microecological preparation is developed. |
