Summary: | The invention discloses a bearing insulation structure. Insulated layers/an insulated layer are/is disposed on the outer sleeve and/or the inner sleeve of a bearing. Each insulated layer comprises an outer insulated sleeve disposed on the outer side of the bearing, an inner insulated sleeve disposed on the inner side of the bearing, and an insulated pad disposed on the side surface of the bearing. The bearing insulation structure has advantages that the insulated sleeves and the insulated pad wrap the bearing sleeve so that a common bearing may substitute for an insulated bearing to block shaft current and achieve bearing insulation, thereby prolonging the service life of the bearing. In addition, the bearing insulation structure is simple in processing technology and low in cost, can be used by various motors, and has high economical efficiency. |
