Summary:The invention provides a novel anti-tampering label, a method for judging the recycling state of the anti-tampering label, and the application of a label structural body, wherein the recycling state of the anti-tampering label can be judged based on a simple structure. The anti-tampering label (1) comprises an adhesive layer (12), a base material (13) and an encoding pattern (14), wherein the adhesive layer (12), the base material (13) and the encoding pattern (14) are laminated in turn. In the thickness direction, the base material (13) is not divided into multiple layers. The adhesive layer (12), the base material (13) and the encoding pattern (14) are provided with nicks (10). In this way, when viewed from above, one point in the first edge part (1c1) of the edge part (1c) of the anti-tampering label (1) and one point in the third edge part (1c3) of the edge part (1c) of the anti-tampering label (1) are connected via the nicks (10). Meanwhile, the encoding pattern (14) is divided into more than two regions. Therefore, when the anti-tampering label is taken off from an attachment, an irreversible misalignment is generated on the encoding pattern (14) with the nicks (10) as a boundary.
