A wireless detection device for mechanical processing is provided with a sensor node device, a drive node device, a network coordinator device and a monitoring computer. The sensor node device and the drive node device are arranged on a machine tool as a network node; the sensor node device and the drive node device constitute a wireless network; the sensor node device is used for collecting a sensor signal, the drive node device is used for sending a processing control signal to a motion controller of the machine tool. The network coordinator device serves as a network center and is used for maintaining and managing normal communication of the wireless network, and communicates with the monitoring computer via a serial port; in one aspect, the network coordinator receives data sent by each sensor node, and sends the data to the monitoring computer via the serial port; and in another aspect, the network coordinator sends a control signal of the monitoring computer to the drive node device via the wireless network, and the drive node device transmits the signal to the motion controller.
