The invention discloses a portable rapid sampling device for samples of large-tank gas and flue gas in an oil field. The portable rapid sampling device comprises a peristaltic pump, a flexible gas inlet hose and a sampled gas collection container, wherein a part of pipe section of the flexible air inlet hose, i.e., a peristaltic pipe section, is limited between a roller rotor arranged on a pump head and the inner surface of a pump shell and always contacts with the rotor arranged on the pump head and the inner surface of the pump shell; the portable rapid sampling device further comprises a storage battery, a direct current conveying cable, an inverter, an alternating current conveying cable, a gas flowmeter, a flexible gas outlet hose and the sampled gas collection container, wherein the direct current output terminal of the storage battery is connected with the direct current input terminal of the inverter through the direct current conveying cable, the alternating current output terminal of the inverter is connected with alternating current input terminals of all the alternating current motors of the peristaltic pump through the alternating current conveying cable, the tail-end gas outflow pipe orifice of the flexible gas inlet hose is communicated with the gas inlet of the gas flowmeter, and the gas outlet of the gas flowmeter is communicated with a gas inlet arranged in the sampled gas collection container through the flexible gas outlet hose. The portable rapid sampling device provided by the invention can realize enclosed sampling of large-tank gas and flue gas under the conditions of normal pressure and micro-positive pressure by using the principles of suction.
