Summary: | The invention discloses hard aluminum alloy curing film forming liquid. The hard aluminum alloy curing film forming liquid is prepared from, by weight, 1-2 parts of calcium hydrogen phosphate , 2-3 parts of phytosterol, 4-5 parts of amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, 0.3-1 part of calcium ricinoleate, 100-110 parts of bis(gamma-triethoxy silicon propyl) tetrasulfide, 10-12 parts of butyl titanate, 3-5 parts of multi-walled carbon nanotubes, 0.8-1 part of cerium nitrate, 0.3-1 part of trimethylolpropane, 0.08-0.1 part of polytetrafluoroethylene, 2-3 parts of dihydration gypsum powder and 0.5-1 part of laurate dihydroxyethylamide. After aluminum alloy forming liquid forms a film, a hard film can be formed on the surface of aluminum alloy, water resistance and oil resistance are good, damage is not prone to happening, and protective performance on base materials is good. |
