Summary:The invention relates to a DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) sequencer with an adaptively adjusted reaction bin. A reaction bin assembly comprises a portal which is vertically arranged on a platform supporting assembly; a turnover reaction bin assembly is arranged on the upper portion of the outer side of the portal; a turnover base is fixed in the middle of the portal and can rotate around the turnover base; a reaction chip assembly is mounted on the inner side of the middle of a turnover bin body; an adaptive adjusting piece is arranged between the turnover reaction bin body and a reaction bin base and penetrates in an adaptive spring mounting hole; and a tail end spring is in contact with an end surface of the reaction bin base. When a CCD (charge coupled device) camera is used for feeding, the DNA sequencer with the adaptively adjusted reaction bin can be adjusted in a front-back movement mode, at this moment, the position of the reaction chip assembly can be changed through the adaptive adjusting piece according to change of the position of the camera, high detection precision is guaranteed, and moreover, damage on a system is avoided.
