Summary: | The invention relates to a method and application for preparing biological polypeptide organic fertilizer through microbial fermentation. Furfural residues and edible mushroom culture medium slags are used as main raw materials, wheat bran and bean cakes with the rich protein content are adopted in a cooperated mode, and the contained protein is dissolved out through primary treatment; then a microorganism bacillus amyloliquefaciens solution and a bacillus subtilis solution are utilized for decomposing different proteins to form biological polypeptide components of various forms, and the biological polypeptide organic fertilizer with the polypeptide as the efficient component is made and particularly applicable to crops such as vegetables, fruit trees and herbal fruits. According to a field experiment, the good yield increasing effect is obtained. |
