The invention relates to a novel antiskid puncture-proof tyre. The novel antiskid puncture-proof tyre comprises a tyre body, wherein a carcass ply compound and rubbing cloth are arranged on the outer side of the tyre body; a nail-proof layer and reinforcing layers are arranged between the carcass ply compound and the rubbing cloth; the nail-proof layer comprises a plurality of steel sheets and a plurality of steel wires; the steel sheets are uniformly arrayed in the axial direction of the tyre body; a plurality of through holes which are uniformly arrayed are formed in each steel sheet; the same steel wire penetrates through the through holes at the same position, in the steel sheets; the reinforcing layers are arranged on the surfaces of the steel sheets; each nail-proof layer is arranged between the rubbing cloth and the corresponding reinforcing layer; a plurality of antiskid strips which are arrayed in the axial direction of the tyre body are uniformly arranged on the outer side of the rubbing cloth. The novel antiskid puncture-proof tyre provided by the invention can be prevented from being punctured by foreign matters; the tyre is not liable to be punctured by the foreign matters, so that a vehicle can stably run, and the service life of the tyre is prolonged.
