The invention discloses an offset press pressure roller fixing device comprising a long strip type fixing substrate; the fixing substrate is provided with a pressure roller through hole array formed by pressure roller through holes; the tail portion of the fixed substrate is provided with a first clamp portion and a second clamp portion; the first clamp portion comprises a first clamp notch and a first fixing groove; the second clamp portion comprises a second clamp notch and a second fixing groove; the first clamp notch and the second clamp notch are opposite in directions. The offset press pressure roller fixing device comprises the first and second clamp portions arranged in opposite on the tail portion of the fixing substrate, so a user can easily buckle the whole fixing substrate on a rack of a paper feeding device, the fixation is firm, dismounting is easy, and up-down vibration of the pressure roller can be automatically balanced, thus greatly improving offset press pressure roller stability and usability, and providing strong practicality.
