The offset press pressure roller fixing device comprises the first and second clamp portions arranged in opposite on the tail portion of the fixing substrate, so a user can easily buckle the whole fixing substrate on a rack of a paper feeding device, the fixation is firm, dismounting is easy, and up-down vibration of the pressure roller can be automatically balanced, thus greatly improving offset press pressure roller stability and usability, and providing strong practicality.
