The device comprises a body used to connect an upper punch device with the bottom surface of a seaming chuck. Two sides of the bottom of the body are oppositely provided with hydraulic clamping devices. The device also comprises a locking device and a support. One end of the support is connected with the body. The other end of the support is connected with the upper punch device through the locking device. The locking device comprises a handle, a gland, a mounting base, a bolt, a compressed spring, and a pin roll. The gland is connected with the mounting base. The gland and the mounting base are respectively provided with a first guide hole and a second guide hole. The central axes of the first guide hole and the second guide hole are consistent. The aperture of the first guide hole is smaller than the aperture of the second guide hole. The device improves security and reliability.
