Summary: | The invention relates to a bad cold-upset steel wire reformation and reuse process. The process is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) raw materials: cold-upset steel wires are to be degraded; (2) whole coil of degreasing and demolding: the cold-upset steel wires to be degraded are totally immersed in a metal degreasing agent to perform the whole coil of degreasing and demolding; (3) the cold-upset steel wires to be degraded are immersed in Ca(OH)2 solution, and are taken out for natural cooling; (4) the semi-product wire drawing is performed; (5) the heat treatment is performed; (6) acid washing: the steel wires treated in the step (5) are washed by acid in an acid washing tank; (7) phosphorization: the steel wires treated in the step (6) are phosphorized in a phosphorization tank; (8) saponification: the steel wires treated in the step (7) are saponified in a saponification tank; (9) the drying is performed; and (10) the finish-product wire drawing is performed. The process enables unqualified products to return to a qualified product state again through secondary machining. |
