Summary:The invention relates to a device for arranging a plurality of battery single cell. The single cell has separate top side, bottom side and circumferential side. The device comprises a retainer board of bottom side for keeping the battery single cell at the bottom side. The device also comprises a plate-lkie retainer board-parallel circumferential partion retainers, wherein the partition retainers has a through-openings for accomodating the battery single cell in a minimum interval between the battery single cells. The invention also relates to a shell for containing a plurality of battery single cells, a battery single cell module and a motor vehicle.
