The invention discloses a method and equipment for computer-assisted hand embroidery. An embroidery frame, a display frame and a half-reflecting and semi-transmitting mirror are connected through a bracket, so that an included angle between a plane on which the half-reflecting and semi-transmitting mirror is located and a display on the display frame, or intelligent equipment with the display or a printing medium is equal to that between the plane and the plane on which embroidery cloth put on the embroidery frame is located; and an image on the display, the intelligent equipment with the display or the printing medium can be imaged on the plane on which the embroidery cloth is located through refraction to help embroiderer to embroider. According to the method and the equipment, a beginner can assist platemaking through a computer; exquisite disordered needlework of Suzhou embroidery, which can only be fabricated by a great master in the past, can be embroidered; product standardization is achieved; and meanwhile, a cross-stitch pattern can be accurately embroidered on common cloth and clothing.
