Summary:A method for manufacturing the whole surfaces of middle plates of middle troughs of a laser cladding mining cast-welding structure comprises the steps that a first restraint middle trough, a second cladding middle trough and a third restraint middle trough are connected end to end and then horizontally placed on a laser platform; an effective welding area of the upper surface of the middle plate of the second cladding middle trough is evenly divided into a first cladding single area, a second cladding single area, a third cladding single area, a fourth cladding single area, a fifth cladding single area and a sixth cladding single area; and cladding welding is carried out on the first cladding single area, the second cladding single area, the third cladding single area, the fourth cladding single area, the fifth cladding single area and the sixth cladding single area. When the surfaces of the middle plates of the middle troughs are treated through the method, a symmetric welding and saltatory welding method is adopted, laser welding heat is evenly dispersed on the surfaces of the middle plates, and the situation that due to the fact that heat is concentrated in a certain area, consequently, welding heat is concentrated, and hot stress is large, the middle plates deform is avoided.
