Summary: | The invention discloses a waterway closed-loop control process of a dry method acetylene generating system. The dry method acetylene generating system comprises a washing and cooling tower, a concentration basin, a filter press, an overflow water tank, a water distribution trough and a generator. One path washing slag slurry water of a gas phase pipe of a generator and the washing and cooling tower mainly returns to the gas phase pipe to be washed through a washing water pump, the other path is connected to a water injection pipeline of the generator to be used as calcium carbide reaction water of the generator, and the amount of water consumed by the system is adjusted by industrial water supplemented by the washing and cooling tower. The problem of outward drainage of washing slag slurry water and acetylene dissolution losses in the dry method acetylene slag slurry water circulating process are thoroughly solved, and the waterway closed-loop control process is industrial significant technological updating, and is a pioneer in the chlor-alkali industry. |
