The filter element comprises a shell and a filter material layer, wherein a water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the shell; the filter material layer is arranged in the shell and comprises a first filter material layer, a second filter material layer and a third filter material layer; the first filter material layer contains at least one of KDF55 and KDF85; the second filter material layer contains at least one of a hydrogen-rich material and a negative potential ball; the third filter material layer contains activated carbon. Redox negative potential water or weak alkaline negative potential water can be obtained through further filtration by the filter element.
