The invention provides efficient flame retardant light-permeable sail cloth and a manufacturing method thereof, belongs to the technical field of fabric and solves the problems that existing sail cloth is simple in structure, free of flame retardant and light-permeable characteristics, poor in practicability, imperfect in manufacturing method and the like. The efficient flame retardant light-permeable sail cloth comprises a base cloth layer, a layer of PVC film is pasted to the base cloth layer, an adhesive layer is arranged between the PVC film and the base cloth layer, and the PVC film is prepared from, by weight, 95-105 parts of PVC resin powder, 45-55 parts of plasticizer DINP, 1-5 parts of epoxidized soybean oil, 3-5 parts of barium zinc stabilizer, 0.1-0.5 part of anti-UV agents and 0.1-0.5 part of pigment. The efficient flame retardant light-permeable sail cloth has the advantages of being high in practicability and high in product quality.
