Summary:The invention discloses a machining method of an outer duct outlet guide vane of an aero-engine. The machining method comprises the steps of blank standard machining; vane profile machining and vane root and vane crown machining. In the blank standard machining step, process standard bosses are arranged on a vane root and a vane crown of a blank, the vane root process standard boss and the vane crown process standard boss are machined through rough milling and finish milling in a die forging mode, and a vane crown center hole is drilled in the outer end surface of the vane crown process standard boss; in the vane profile machining step, the blank is clamped with the machined vane root standard surface and the vane crown center hole as the standard, and rough machining, semi-finish machining and finish machining are carried out on the connection surface of a vane profile and the vane root and on the vane profile; in the vane root and vane crown machining step, excessive process standard blocks, at the vane root end and the vane crown end, of the blank are removed through milling after locating clamping, and then rough milling and finish milling are carried out to realize all the characters of the vane root and the vane crown. On the premise of guaranteeing the machining accuracy, the machining method of the guide vane has the advantages that the clamping frequency is low, the machining cost is low and the machining efficiency is high.
