The invention discloses a clamp-plate-free and corner-brace-free tool for combination leveling of tee bars of submarine ships. The tool comprises stop blocks, a raising rod, bolts and a lifting tightening device. The raising rod comprises a stop block crossbeam, a connecting rod and a tightening part which are sequentially connected into an integrated structure. The stop block crossbeam is located on the lower portion of the connecting rod and is perpendicular to the connecting rod. The two sides of the stop block crossbeam are sleeved with the stop blocks respectively. Each stop block is in an L shape. The two stop blocks are arranged in a mirror image mode and constitute a T-shaped groove together with the bottom face of the stop block crossbeam. The stop blocks are fastened to the stop block crossbeam through the bolts. The tightening part makes contact with the lifting tightening device. The tool rapidly and conveniently ensures the quality and precision of combination leveling of the tee bars of the submarine ships, base metals definitely cannot be damaged, and paint surfaces are protected; the service life of the submarine ships is prolonged, environment friendliness is achieved, operation is simple, and safety is high; working efficiency can be improved effectively, labor conditions of workers are improved, a large number of clamp plates and corner braces and a large amount of labor cost are decreased, and work can be normally carried out on rainy days.
