Summary: | The invention discloses an aluminum-copper brazing material with good corrosion resistance. The brazing material comprises, by mass, 7%-8.5% of Zn, 0.2%-0.49% of Al, 0.55%-0.7% of Ag, 0-0.1% of P, 0-1% of Ni, 5.5%-8.5% of Bi, 1.35%-2.25% of rare earth elements, and the balance Sn. According to the aluminum-copper brazing material, the content of Zn in the brazing material is increased, an Al-Zn solid solution region is enlarged, the dissolution degree of an aluminum substrate is increased, the bonding strength of the brazing material on an aluminum interface is improved, and therefore an aluminum-copper brazing connector has good mechanical performance. The element Bi in the brazing material can lower the surface tension of the liquid-state brazing material in the brazing process, and therefore the wettability of the brazing material on the aluminum substrate and a copper substrate is improved, and the wettability of the brazing material on the aluminum substrate is obviously superior to the wettability of the brazing material on the copper substrate. |
