The invention relates to herbicide combinations having an effective content of components (A) and (B), wherein component (A) is one or more herbicides of formula (I), or the salts thereof, where R1 is H or a group of formula CZ1Z2Z3, where Z1, Z2, and Z3 are defined as stated in claim 1, R2 and R3 are H, alkyl, halo alkyl, alkenyl, halo alkenyl, alkinyl, halo alkinyl, each having up to 4 carbon atoms or acyl, R4 is H, (C1-C6)alkyl, or (C1-C6)alkoxy; R5, R6, R7,and R8 are H, (C1-C4)alkyl, (C1-C3)halo alkyl, halogen, (C1-C3)alkoxy, (C1-C3)halo alkoxy, or cyano; A is CH2 or O, or a direct bond, and component (B) is one or more herbicides from the group of compounds, (B1) thiencarbazons, tembotrions, SYN-523, pyroxsulam, penoxsulam, SYN-449, (B2) pyrasulfotols, trifloxysulfuron, saflufenacil, aminopyralid, ethofumesates, aminocyclopyrachlorine, and (B3) pyroxasulfones (KIH-485), which are suitable for controlling weeds or regulating plant growth.
