Summary:The invention relates to a new energy power storage device, and in particular to a preparation method for a hybrid capacitor battery. The preparation method comprises the following steps of mixing 80-93% of positive electrode active material, 4-10% of binder and 3-10% of conductive agent, stirring to form a positive electrode sizing agent, uniformly coating on two sides of an etched aluminum foil, grinding and punching to obtain a positive plate; mixing 80-93% of negative electrode active material, 4-10% of binder and 3-10% of conductive agent, stirring to form a negative electrode sizing agent, uniformly coating on two sides of a copper foil or an etched aluminum foil, grinding and punching to obtain a negative plate; performing electrode matching at the capacity ratio of the positive electrode to the negative electrode of 1 to 1-2, stacking and laminating the positive plate, a membrane and the negative plate in a Z shape, after assembling, then drying, filling electrolyte and packaging to obtain the hybrid capacitor battery. The hybrid capacitor battery is higher in the rate capability, the capacity and the cycle stability, wide in voltage range and capable of charging and discharging within the voltage section of 2.5-4.5V; and meanwhile, the hybrid capacitor battery has the high-energy density characteristic as the lithium ion battery and the high-power density characteristic as the double electric layer capacitor, and the production cost of the hybrid capacitor battery is low.
