Summary: | The invention provides a fire-resistant environmentally-friendly cable which comprises a cable inner core, an insulated isolation layer, a pure copper strip layer, a glass fiber flame-retarding band layer and an outer sheath layer, wherein the insulated isolation layer, the pure copper strip layer, the glass fiber flame-retarding band layer and the outer sheath layer are wrapped on the cable inner core from the inside out in sequence. The cable inner core comprises a plurality of copper conductors in interval arrangement and wire core protection layers wrapping on the copper conductors respectively. The insulated isolation layer is filled in the gaps between the pure copper strip layer and the wire core protection layers. Each wire core protection layer comprises a calcination mica layer sleeved on each copper conductor and a halogen-free low-smoke insulating layer wrapped on the calcination mica layer. The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the fire-resistant environmentally-friendly cable. The fire-resistant environmentally-friendly cable has the advantages of being simple in structure, fire-resistant and heat insulating, nontoxic and low in cost and the like. |
