Summary:The invention discloses a thermoelectric module characteristic testing device, comprising a test bed, a thermoelectric module, a constant temperature heat source, a cold end heat exchanger, an electronic load, a water tank, a water pump, a cooling device, a heat end temperature control device, a cold end temperature control device, a data acquisition device and a power supply, wherein the water outlet of the water tank is connected with the water inlet of the cooling device, the water outlet of the cooling device is connected with the water inlet of the water pump, the water outlet of the water pump is connected with the water inlet of the cold end heat exchanger, the water outlet of the cold end heat exchanger is connected with the water inlet of the water tank, a first temperature sensor is arranged on the constant temperature heat source, and a second temperature sensor is arranged on the cold end heat exchanger. The device can be used for testing the voltage, current, resistance and power parameter of the thermoelectric module at different heat source temperatures, different temperature differences and different pressing forces by adjusting the temperature of the heat source, the flow of cold source cooling water and the pressing force of a pressing device, acquiring the above data through the data acquisition device, and measuring and analyzing the power generation performance of the thermoelectric module.
