Summary: | The invention discloses an assembly and lift-erecting method of an indirect air-cooling system stretching platforms. The method includes the steps of preparing before lifting; assembling stretching platforms of inter-joint units and stretching platforms of ex-joint units, and fixing slanting supports to lower portions of the stretching platforms of the inter-joint units; lifting the stretching platforms of the inter-joint units to an erection elevation, adjusting slant of the stretching platforms of the inter-joint units, and then welding the stretching platforms to tower body X-column embedded parts of an intercooling tower; adjusting the angle of the slanting supports with a lifting appliance, and welding the slanting supports to the tower body X-column embedded parts; in correspondence to the position between every two adjacent X-columns of an intercooling tower body, lifting the stretching platforms of the ex-joint units until lifting of the stretching platforms of the ex-joint units is complete; fixedly welding the stretching platforms of the adjacent inter-joint units to the stretching platforms of the ex-joint units. The ground assembly is easily operable, connecting is convenient, adjusting is convenient, danger coefficient is low, and safety is better guaranteed. The lifting cost is low, arrangement of little labor is required, and economic benefit is improved. |
