Summary: | The invention discloses a high-molecular gel plugging agent and a preparation method thereof. The high-molecular gel plugging agent is prepared from following substances through a reaction, by weight: 40-85% of sodium polyacrylate, 9-50% of chitosan, 3-20% of an initiator and 1-10% of a crosslinking agent. The preparation method includes the following steps: 1) mixing and grinding the sodium polyacrylate and the crosslinking agent into a powder; 2) dissolving the chitosan in an acetic acid solution and adding the initiator to carry out a reaction, and adding the powder; 3) performing temperature-constant heating at 40-80 DEG C, and performing a reaction under the pH of 11-13, and finally drying and crushing a gel substance to obtain the high-molecular gel plugging agent. The high-molecular gel plugging agent is high in water-absorbing expansive rate, is strong in retention capability and is high in water retention rate and can effectively satisfy plugging demands of large pores, natural cracks and karst cave loss. The plugging agent is simple in preparation method and is easy to produce. |
