Summary: | The invention discloses a corrosion-resistant aluminum-alloy brazing material. The brazing material comprises the following components of, by mass, 7.0-8.5% of Zn, 0.2-0.49% of Si, 0.45-0.65% of Fe, 0.55-0.70% of Ag, 1.8-2.3% of Cr, 0.1-0.3% of Ti, 0-1% of Ni, 0.5-0.8% of Sr, 0.6-1.8% of Mn, 1.55-2.65% of rare earth elements, and the balance Al. According to the brazing material disclosed by the invention, the content of Zn in the brazing material is increased, the dissolving degree of an Al-Zn solid dissolving region and the dissolving degree of an aluminum substrate are increased, and the bonding strength of the brazing material on an aluminum interface is improved, so that an aluminum-copper brazed joint has a good mechanical property. Through the addition of the element Al or Sr, the oxidation resistance of the brazing material is improved; besides, through the addition of the element Al, the microstructure of the brazing material can be obviously refined; through the addition of the element Cr, the corrosion resistance of the brazing material can also be improved. |
