The invention discloses a combined knob and an electric pipettor comprising the same; the combined knob comprises a key knob, a knob group arranged at the lower end of the key knob, and a knob inner body arranged inside the key knob; the knob group comprises a plurality of knobs; the knob inner body comprises an adjustment lever, a potentiometer, a plurality of encoders and a key board, and the number of the encoders is the same as that of the knobs; the key knob controls the key board to achieve a key function through pressing the adjustment lever; the key knob controls the potentiometer to achieve a rotation adjustment function through rotating the adjustment lever; the knob group controls the corresponding encoders through rotation to achieve a rotation adjustment function. The combined knob has the beneficial effects that with the combination way of knob keys and the knobs, the number of the keys are effectively reduced; at the same time, through different operating ways on the combined knob, different functions are achieved; the combined knob is used in the electric pipettor, and the volume and weight of the electric pipettor can be effectively reduced.
