The invention discloses an anterior cervical pedicle screw plate fixing system which comprises an arc fixing plate and bone screws. The fixing plate is provided with four screw through holes, and the surface of an inner wall section, close to the inner surface of the fixing plate, of each screw through hole is a spherical surface. Each bone screw comprises a screw head and a self-tapping connection section, each screw head is provided with a round spherical surface, each upper screw through hole and the corresponding lower screw through hole are in inclined arrangement and positioned on the same side of a longitudinal center line of the fixing plate, and the two upper screw through holes and the two lower screw through holes are in vertically staggered arrangement. The anterior cervical pedicle screw plate fixing system has the advantages that the bone screws are enabled to enter by an optimal angle, the fixing plate can be firmly connected onto vertebrae to function in supporting and fixing, and effectiveness in avoidance of postoperative axial pain, high rotation resistance and benefits for rapid recovery of patients are realized.
