The invention discloses a medical implantable detector which comprises an electronic medical detection module and further comprises a communication antenna enabling the electronic medical detection module to be communicated with the outside and a middle shell with an H-shaped cross section. A first accommodating cavity for accommodating the electronic medical detection module is arranged above the middle shell. A second accommodating cavity is arranged under the middle shell. An isolation plate is arranged in the second accommodating cavity and located above the middle shell. The medical implantable detector is reasonable in structure, free of piercing pain sense to a human body, reasonable in internal structure arrangement, good in isolation and high in gain, and the frequency range of the antenna arranged in the medical implantable detector is wide. A better installing module is provided for research and development of an implantable medical diagnosis device, and companies can achieve higher communication quality only by designing their implantable electronic medical units according to the shapes and thicknesses or sizes enabling the units to be arranged into bottom shells.
