The pair of novel waist size adjustable physical-therapy trousers comprises a front piece (1), a back piece (2) and a trouser waist opening (3) of a trouser body, elongated efficient magnetic physical-therapy magnets (4) and V-shaped drapes (5). The V-shaped drapes (5) are gathered at the waistband positions of the front piece (1) and the back piece (2) with side stitches as boundaries and are added with environmentally friendly linings according to the design requirement to obtain good shape keeping property. The front piece (1) is stacked on the back piece (2). The trouser waist opening (3) is formed in the interlayer of the waist of the trousers, and the elongated efficient magnetic physical-therapy magnets (4) are arranged in the trouser waist opening (3).
