The clock display method comprises: obtaining display window data of a display medium and determining a clock display region according to the display widow data; receiving a clock mode instruction triggered by a user and generating a display clock in a mode specified by the instruction according to the clock mode instruction; and displaying the display clock in the clock display region and enabling the display clock to be always displayed at the most front display end of the display window of the display medium. The clock display method and apparatus can enhance the time reminding supervising and urging effect of the clock arranged on an electronic device.
