Summary:The invention discloses a connecting and fixing method for a hydraulic cylinder of a continuous casting elevating roll table. The method is used for improving the production efficiency of a casting machine. The method includes the steps that a concrete foundation is manufactured; foundation pouring is performed; concrete continues to be poured through a grouting hole in a foundation bottom plate; and a hydraulic cylinder support is directly installed on the upper surface of the foundation bottom plate, and the hydraulic cylinder is fixed to the concrete foundation through nuts and foundation bolts and connected in a reinforced manner through tapered iron. According to the method, the hydraulic cylinder can be replaced without dismantling the concrete foundation, and therefore maintenance cost and concrete foundation repair expense can be reduced; and as hydraulic cylinder replacement time is shortened, the production efficiency of the casting machine can be greatly improved, and the yield loss can be reduced.
