Summary: | The invention relates to a method for separating and purifying stone coal vanadium extraction pickle liquor by employing solvent impregnated resin. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing an extracting solvent with macroporous adsorption resin to prepare the solvent impregnated resin; (2) adjusting a pH value of stone coal pickle liquor and then putting the stone coal pickle liquor through an ion exchange column with the solvent impregnated resin, thereby obtaining an adsorption exchange column and adsorption discharged liquor; (3) performing drip washing on the adsorption exchange column by use of sulfuric acid to obtain a vanadium-containing eluent and then regenerating the exchange column by use of an oxalic acid solution; (4) blending the adsorption discharged liquor with the vanadium-containing eluent and then adjusting a pH value of the mixed liquor, and introducing the mixed liquor into the regenerated solvent impregnated resin ion exchange column; and (5) finally, carrying out drip washing by use of the sulfuric acid to obtain vanadium-enriched liquor, thereby realizing the separation and enrichment of vanadium. The method overcomes the defects of traditional solvent extraction and ion exchange processes, and has the advantages of good vanadium separation and purification effects, low reagent consumption, simple process flows and environmental friendliness. |
