The invention discloses a mechanism for gluing through cooperation of a single roller and a baffle. The mechanism comprises a glue printing roller, an optoelectronic switch, external wallboards, internal wallboards, small shafts, air cylinders, a glue roller, aluminum plates, glue amount adjusting buttons, an adjusting rack, a glue scraping plate, a fixing rack, a pressure spring plate, adjusting rods, hand knobs, pressure springs, glue blocking blocks and a control system, wherein the glue printing roller is arranged on the external wallboard on the two sides; the optoelectronic switch is arranged in front of the glue printing roller; the two internal wallboards are arranged on the inner sides of external wallboards; small shafts are arranged on the two sides of the rear parts of the internal wallboards and connected with the external wallboards; the two sides of the front parts of the internal wallboards are connected with the two air cylinders; the glue roller is mounted on the internal wallboards on the two sides and placed above the glue printing roller; the aluminum plates are further fixed on the internal wallboards on the two sides; the glue scraping plate is tightly close to the aluminum plates to be fixed on the adjusting rack; the lower edge of the glue scraping plate is in contact with the glue roller and inclined at a certain angle; the fixing rack is clamped on the glue scraping plate; the pressure spring plate is fixed on the fixing rack; and the two glue blocking blocks are pressed between the gluer roller and the glue scraping plate by the pressure springs. The mechanism is convenient to operate and clean, saves both glue and labors, and can reduce the production cost and improve the work efficiency.
