The invention relates to a dental handpiece core added with stoppers. The handpiece core is arranged in a handpiece head which is connected with a handpiece hand shank, and comprises a rotating shaft, a wind wheel and two bearings, wherein the wind wheel rotatably sleeves the rotating shaft; the two bearings are respectively located at the upper part and the lower part of the wind wheel; a rear cover of the handpiece is arranged at the upper part of the handpiece head; the wind wheel is driven to rotate in the handpiece head by airflow in the handpiece hand shank; and the stoppers for preventing airflow in the handpiece hand shank from blowing into the bearings are arranged between the wind wheel and the bearings. The dental handpiece core has the beneficial effects that the stoppers for preventing airflow in the handpiece hand shank from blowing into the bearings are arranged between the wind wheel and the bearings; and the airflow generated by an air pipe in the hand shank is prevented from blowing into the bearings, so that the noise generated when the dental handpiece works is reduced; foreign matters mixed into the airflow are prevented from accelerating damages to the bearings; and lubricating grease in the bearings is prevented from being blown away to accelerate abrasion and damages to the bearings.
