The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette scribing, in particular to an automatic cigarette scriber. The automatic cigarette scriber comprises a cigarette storage box and a roller below the cigarette storage box. A code-printing head is arranged on one side of the roller, and a plurality of transverse grooves are formed in the roller axially. A clamp used for positioning cigarettes is arranged at one ends, close to the code-printing head, of the transverse grooves. A power supply powering the whole scriber is arranged on one side of the code-printing head. The clamp comprises push rods, a push rod base at one ends of the push rods, an ejection plate at the other ends of the push rods and springs sleeving the push rods. A roller shaft is arranged at the center of the roller. Timing belt pulleys are arranged on one side of the code-printing head. The roller is driven to rotate by the timing belt pulleys. The automatic cigarette scriber has the advantages that the problems such as low efficiency, complex working process, high labor intensity and low accuracy in conventional manual scribing as well as testing data inaccuracy caused by proneness in cigarette wrinkling are solved, scribing speed and accuracy are high, and manual work can be replaced completely.
