The invention discloses a four-knife circular basin type pepper chopping machine which comprises a main bracket, foot pads which are arranged below four feet of the lower end of the main bracket, a transmission mechanism which is arranged in the main bracket and a pepper chopping mechanism which is arranged at the upper end of the main bracket, wherein the pepper chopping mechanism comprises a circular rotating cutting board and an annular fence which is arranged on the periphery of the upper end of the circular rotating cutting board; a material baffle is arranged on the inner wall of the annular fence; a main discharge opening is formed in the annular fence; a main knife rest rod is arranged at the center of the upper end of the circular rotating cutting board; blades are arranged on the main knife rest and perpendicular to the circular rotating cutting board; the two ends of the main knife rest rod are connected with an auxiliary lifting rod; the transmission mechanism comprises a gear set which is connected with a motor; the gear set drives the circular rotating cutting board to rotate through a ratchet wheel, drives the blades to perform chopping and cutting movement through an eccentric bearing, and further drives a screen net to vibrate through a small eccentric wheel.
