Summary:The invention discloses a software code security method of an embedded type system. The software code security method of the embedded type system comprises steps: an embedded type system is electrically initialized, and bottom layer driving codes in a flash memory are read; an external memory is arranged in the embedded type system; preset periods of the bottom layer driving codes are electrically transplanted into the external memory, and codes which are corresponding to the preset periods are deleted in the flash memory; the preset periods are electrically transplanted into the external memory, and can not be stolen when the bottom layer driving codes are stolen; and the embedded type system is restarted. The software code security method of the embedded type system skillfully combines software and hardware, dismounts bottom driving codes into two parts to store, subverts a traditional design scheme of an embedded type system which is just provided with an external FLASH, is small in occupied area of printed circuit boards (PCB) and low in power dissipation, and does not have electric timing requirements by adopting a single circuit to supply power. Simultaneously, the software code security method of the embedded type system guarantees two embedded type products with same data link layer address not to build communication, and further enhances security functions.
