The inert gas monitor field calibration device is characterized in that the inert gas monitor field calibration device comprises a gas storage cylinder, a valve A, a pressure gauge A, a pressure reducing valve, a mass flowmeter, a thermometer, a pressure gauge B, a calibrated instrument, an air flow disturbance pump, a valve G and a vacuum pump which are sequentially communicated through pipelines, wherein the pipeline between the pressure gauge B and the thermometer is a pipeline A, the pipeline between the valve G and the air flow disturbance pump is a pipeline B, the pipeline A and the pipeline B are communicated through a communicating pipe, the pipeline between the pressure gauge B and the calibrated instrument is a pipeline C, the pipeline C is connected with an external communicating pipeline, and a valve C is installed on the external communicating pipeline.
