Summary:The invention relates to a superheated steam generator which comprises copper pipes, a heating unit and a generator interior filling medium, wherein the heating unit is arranged on the inner ring of the superheated steam generator; the heating unit comprises a heating rod; the copper pipes are arranged on the outer ring of the superheated steam generator around the heating unit; water inlets arranged on the outermost side and innermost side of the copper pipes are exposed in air; and all the other parts are surrounded by the medium inside the generator. The aluminum medium superheated steam generator is filled with aluminum. By using the advantage that the aluminum has much better thermal conductivity than other media, the heat can be better transferred, thereby enhancing the working efficiency of the superheated steam generator.
