The slide way device comprises guide rails. Sliding blocks are arranged on the guide rails. Bearings are arranged between the sliding blocks and the guide rails. The sliding blocks can move along the guide rails in a reciprocating mode. The lower portions of the guide rails are fixed to the ground of a driller wing room and are made of rectangular pipes. The driller room is fixed to the upper portions of the sliding blocks with rib plates welded to opening positions, the guide rails made of H-type steel are arranged side by side, the interval between the guide rails is 4 m, and the sliding ranges of the sliding blocks on the guide rails are 1.5 m. According to the device, a driller control room is embedded into the driller wing room, the driller room achieves front-and-back sliding and limiting functions mainly through the guide rails and a hydraulic system, the angle between the driller room and the center of a drilling platform is controlled, and the requirements of the equipment for the visual angle of a driller, observation of the position of a traveling block and the like can be met within a large range, and the functions of the driller wing room and the driller control room are achieved at the same time.
