Summary:The invention relates to a shading positioner suitable for a DNA sequencing instrument reaction cabin. The shading positioner comprises a slidable positioning and locking block and a turnover pedestal assembly, and the slidable positioning and locking block and the turnover pedestal assembly are elastically connected and are used for opening and closing a reaction chip mounting seat and a reaction cabin pedestal in a reaction cabin assembly; the slidable positioning and locking block is provided with a locking jaw, and after mounting is completed, the upper end surface of the slidable positioning and locking block is in contact with the inner side surface of the reaction chip mounting seat, and the locking jaw is hooked on the outer side end portion of the reaction chip mounting pedestal; and a shading positioning assembly is fixed to the reaction cabin pedestal, and the slidable positioning and locking block is outward pressed when the reaction chip mounting seat is opened. The shading positioner suitable for the DNA sequencing instrument reaction cabin comprises two symmetrically arranged composition parts, and the reaction cabin assembly can be conveniently opened or closed through a spring assembly between the two parts and a hooking structure, so a chip can be simply and easily replaced, and the shading positioner has the advantages of simple operation and stable structure.
