Summary:A related spring adjusting mechanism applicable to railway-vehicle electrical-cabinet coaming plate installation comprises a pedestal with an inverted-L-shaped cross section, a vertical guiding shaft capable of being inserted into a connection hole of the top of a coaming-plate frame is disposed below the horizontal edge of the pedestal, and the vertical guiding shaft is sleeved by a spring of which one end is used to prop up the pedestal horizontal edge and the other end is used to prop up the coaming-plate frame top part; the vertical guiding shaft is provided with a first positioning pin hole and a second positioning pin hole, the first positioning pin hole is disposed above the second positioning pin hole, and the first positioning pin hole and the second positioning pin hole are matched with a pin hole at the top of the coaming-plate frame; the springing adjusting mechanism also possesses a positioning pin suitable for being inserted into the first positioning pin hole, the second positioning pin hole and the coaming-plate frame top pin hole; and when the positioning pin is simultaneously inserted into the first positioning pin hole and the coaming-plate frame top pin hole, the spring is at a relatively large compression state, and when the positioning pin is simultaneously inserted into the second positioning pin hole and the coaming-plate frame top pin hole, the spring is at a relatively small compression state.
