The invention relates to the field of printing equipment, in particular to an intelligent pre-printing and printing integrated device. The device comprises a printer and is characterized in that a port in the front end of the printer is connected with a pre-printing processor; the pre-printing processor comprises a scanning processor, a coloring device and a washing machine; the scanning processor is located at the front end of a printing processor and used for all-direction scanning of a printing body and assessing the printable index of the printing body; the scanning processor is connected with the washing machine, and the washing machine carries out washing processing to a certain degree according to assessment values of the scanning processor at the front end; two data ports of the coloring device are connected to the scanning processor and the washing machine respectively; the integrated device further comprises a paper conveying rail and an automatic paper turning device, the paper conveying rail is connected with one port of the printer, and the automatic paper turning device is connected with the pre-printing processor.
