The invention discloses stirred and air-dried sludge charging conveying equipment and a charging conveying control method thereof and belongs to the technical field of sludge charging conveying. According to the equipment and the method, the sludge cannot form sludge bridging in a pipeline of a charging conveying device and cannot block the pipeline of the charging conveying device, and the sludge in a sludge bin can be smoothly conveyed to a combustion furnace. The sludge is firstly compressed, and a first compressed sludge block is obtained, a cut sludge block is cut off from the first compressed sludge block, the cut sludge block is compressed, a second compressed sludge block is obtained, finally, the second compressed sludge block is charged into the combustion furnace under the joint action of high-pressure thrust pressure and a fence protection airflow barrel. Therefore, the sludge cannot form the sludge bridging in the pipeline of the charging conveying device and cannot block the pipeline of the charging conveying device, and the sludge in the sludge bin can be smoothly conveyed to the combustion furnace.
